Advanced Physiology

As a Human Augment, Rex was designed to be remarkably agile and five times as strong as a normal human with enhanced senses. He is resistant to sickness and with enhanced senses, possessing heart muscles twice as strong and lung efficiency 50% better than any human. His blood contains platelets capable of regenerating from any disease or toxin, which could be used to cure or revive medical subjects via transfusion. He also has twice the average lifespan. Even his resistance to directed energy weapons is improved and he is capable of taking multiple shots with a phaser or a phase pistol before being stunned. He is even capable of resisting a Vulcan nerve pinch and mind meld.

Advanced Intellect

Rex is considered to be at least twice as intelligent as a normal human, well within the realms of genius level IQ.


In addition to his augment abilities Section 31 also ensured that Rex gained telekinetic abilities to provide additional advantages in espionage and combat.

Basic level


This is Rex's ability to keep object/being from moving by surrounding object completely by telekinetic energy, so that it or they can't move at all.

Psionic Strength

This is Rex's ability to augment his already formidable physical strength with his telekinetic abilities e.g. throwing punches powerful enough to damage and disable opponent's weapons.

Sanshou Master

Rex is a master of the ancient Chinese martial art of Sanshou. He learned it at a young age and through his advanced intelligence was able to master and improve upon the fighting style.
